Comprehensive Evaluation

   Includes

  • Parent intake session

  • School observation (preschool and elementary grades)

  • All testing

  • Collateral interviews

  • Data collection

  • Parent feedback

  • Student feedback (when appropriate)

  • Summary report.

Payment Schedule

Nonrefundable Deposit

Due: Up front. Holds testing spots and covers school observation/data collection from teachers, parents, etc.

First Session Payment

Due: After first testing session

Final Payment

Due: After the feedback session.
