Nonrefundable Deposit

Due: Up front. Holds testing spots and covers school observation/data collection from teachers, parents, etc.

Nonrefundable deposit is credited towards final balance.

First Session Payment

Due: After first testing session

Abbreviated Assessments

We provide a streamlined evaluation designed for families with specific concerns about ADHD or Autism.

This process reduces testing hours while delivering focused, efficient results to guide identification and intervention. Tailored to address your unique needs, this option offers clarity and direction at a lower cost.

The fee for an abbreviated evaluation ranges from $2,800 to $3,200, depending on the scope of the assessment.

Additional Accomodations

We understand that scheduling flexibility can be essential for busy families. To accommodate your needs, we offer several options.

  • Weekend Evaluations
    For your convenience, we offer the flexibility of weekend evaluations, allowing assessments to be conducted outside of traditional business hours. This option ensures minimal disruption to your weekly schedule and is available for an additional fee of $2,000.
